What we review
We assess reports against the cited evidence, current guidance, and the page's stated scope. We prioritize issues that could materially affect a user's interpretation, safety, or decision-making.
How corrections appear
When a substantive correction is made, we update the page's visible “last updated” date and structured-data modification date. We may add a correction note where context is needed. Typos, formatting fixes, and non-substantive link repairs may be corrected without a separate note.
