All public datasets are downloadable as standard CSV files directly from their dedicated report pages, published under open Creative Commons licensing.
Are individual user workout logs or private details published?
No. All data undergoes strict aggregation, threshold suppression, and privacy screening to prevent any personal identification before publication.
